RAW Sweet Potato Chips
This is such a simple recipe.
All you need is a sweet potato, a mandolin so you can slice the sweet potato thinly, a sprinkle of salt and olive oil or linseed oil.
Spread them out on you dehydrator tray on 115degrees c for about 6-8 hours and there you have it.
If you don’t have a dehydrator an oven on low heat might work, either way its better than eating chips out of a packet!
