Wow, so much info here and it’s so straight forward and easy to understand. I love that Sarah is trying all this out for real, and you can see all the pics of her daughter Issy tucking in to the raw food while reading about it.
I have been inspired to introduce a few easy Raw Food things like Chia Seed pudding, green smoothies and raw zucchini “pasta” into my diet – I love that Sarah doesn’t make you feel like it has to be all or nothing, room for everyone to try raw at their own pace.

‘Sarah I just wanted to say a a huge thank you for your amazing book, my god you have been busy. Luke picked it up and said this is amazing!!! I did listen to all the raw food an ideas you had but I had no idea how to tackle or even start in the kitchen. Ive read the whole book in an hour and I’m on a mission now to get a dehydrator and start. I’m so excited. Well done doesn’t even come close. I’m about to log on and get another for my sister in law she will love it’

Before meeting Sarah I didn’t know a lot about raw food and its benefits. After meeting Sarah in a mothers group after we had a children she has introduced me and my son to green smoothies and we love them.
