Day 7… Coconut Wrap Recipe

Day 7 Sunday 10th Febuary

After yesterdays little munch out on Raw Food  my body just didn’t crave chewing food until diner time,  so Day 7 was mainly filled with juices and smoothies!

But I did make these yummy Coconut Wraps for this evenings meal!

I love Coconut Water and could easily go through a case in a week. And if your like me a guzzle all  the coconut water and wonder what to do with all that nutritious coconut meat. I have the Answer MAKE COCONUT WRAPS!

Day 6… Raw Food Journal

 

Started the day with a Hot Lemon and Water!

Breakfast

Lunch

  • Green Smoothie > Spirulina, Rock melon, Blueberries, Apple, Nectarine, Water and Frozen Banana.   Yummm I had two massive glasses.

Dinner

  • Coconut Wraps with Salad, Raw Cheese and Hemp Seeds recipe here…
  • Issy was having a great ole time munching on these tonight
